Description:
SkyHive is looking for a SaaS Project Manager to work on exciting implementation projects across its Fortune 500 customers. As a SaaS Project Manager your objective is to deliver SkyHive product successfully and on time to its customers and manage the implementation of the customer project. You will have the freedom to design the processes to support that goal. In close collaboration and alignment with the broader account team in SkyHive including the Customer Success Manager you will develop and own relationships with key customers and partners. What You Will Do
- Responsible for the on-time project delivery of SaaS products to SkyHive’s clients globally.
- Accountable to excellence in customer success, service and delivery as measured through Customer Net Promoter Score.
- Develop and manage project plans, coordinate timelines, tasks, and development efforts with the internal engineering and solutions teams to meet project implementation timelines and budgets.
- Work with internal/external customer teams to assess and mitigate business and implementation risk, including identifying and proactively managing issues, establishing regular project meetings with clients, project communication, status updates, and reporting.
- Collaborating with Solution Engineers to scope out integration requirements for implementations of SkyHive SaaS products (i.e.: ATS, LMS, and HCM systems).
- Work with the team to document implementation scope into customer Statements of Work, deliverables and milestones, budget, SLAs, maintenance, and support expectations.
- Manage project scope, change management/scope changes, and manage customer expectations.
- Analyze project execution risks, what is working well, what is not and apply learnings from previous projects, successes and failures and best practices.
- Management of on-time delivery of product integrations and interfaces per the planned scope, including oversight of product enhancements and technical problem solving to enable successful implementation.
- Working collaboratively with the Customer Success Manager, be responsible for reporting on the health of your customer(s)’ implementation, satisfaction, and relationship as a key part of the customer’s overall success measures.
- Demonstrate a deep functional and technical understanding of SkyHive’s products.
- Manage complex implementations and identify ways to improve user experience on the platform, as well as methods to improving operational workflows and scale product delivery across SkyHive’s customer base.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and managing the expectations of our cross-functional partners.
- Demonstrate a proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and entrepreneurial environment and deliver results on time.
- Working collaboratively with the Customer Value team, guide the customer on SkyHive’s best practice recommendations, to ensure their successful transition to a skills-based organization.
What You Will Bring
- Experience in a SaaS company and enterprise implementation experience.
- 5 or more years of work experience in implementing technology products in a technical role.
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills, critical thinking skills to translate cross-org inputs into execution.
- Formal education or certification in project management.
- Proven track record in successful project management delivery (including integration management).
- Experience in working on software integrations with large-scale systems to include LMS, and ATS
- Has experience working with one of our partners or prospective integrations: Workday, SuccessFactors, SAP, Oracle HCM, Microsoft Viva/Teams, Degreed, Guild Education.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, across different customer time-zones and countries.
- Demonstrated creativity, drive, and work ethic to function well and prioritize competing demands in a dynamic, fast-paced, and ambiguous environment.
- Flexible and resilient problem solver with the ability to build broad-based consensus and manage sensitive situations.
- Experience in delivering tech programs or products from inception to delivery.
- Flexibility to travel as required (under 20% expected; none during COVID-19)
Nice-to-Haves
- The ability to speak Korean, Japanese, Spanish, German, and/or French.
- Familiarity with metrics collection, data mining, and presentation.
- Experience working as a consultant on digital transformation, business transformation, or other people strategy projects.
- Experience at a startup in rapid scale.
