Senior Technical Sales Engineer

 

Description:

We are looking to hire a highly motivated Technical Sales Engineer with a deep understanding of additive manufacturing technologies to join our team. You will be responsible for selling and promoting our range of additive manufacturing machines to customers in various industries. You will use your technical expertise to advise and consult customers on the capabilities and benefits of our machines, and work closely with our sales team to develop customized solutions that meet their specific needs.

 

Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our range of additive manufacturing machines, including their technical specifications, capabilities, and benefits.

· Identify potential customers and target markets and develop a sales strategy to effectively reach and engage them.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, and act as a trusted advisor and consultant on their additive manufacturing needs.

· Collaborate with our sales team to develop customized solutions that meet the specific needs of each customer.

· Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customers, highlighting the benefits and capabilities of our machines.

· Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support, working closely with our customer service and technical support teams.

· Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and use this knowledge to continually improve our sales approach and offerings.

· Meet and exceed sales targets and goals and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
  • 1~3 years of experience in technical sales in UAE market, preferably in the additive manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of additive manufacturing technologies and processes like DMLM, Electron Beam, SLA, SLS, FGF & FDM.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills, with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
