Senior Wireless Engineer

Description:

Qualifications and Education: The job holder will have a degree in computer Science or in the Engineering field & Wi-Fi Networking technology training/certification.

Experience: Minimum 10 years’ experience (Wi-Fi & WAN) in a complex multi-platform, multi-protocol environment in a network infrastructure.

SKILLS FOCUS: Aruba & Clearpass expertise along with Network – Routing & Switching.

Excellent design, implementation, support, troubleshoot and management of complex network solutions.

Excellent working knowledge of Wi-Fi/WAN. Network protocols, VLAN, VPN, infrastructures and configuration.

Excellent knowledge Aruba & Hands-on expertise in

Cisco Wireless Technology

Experience in Cisco or Juniper R & S

Strong experience in controller based wireless technology.

Strong experience in WAN router and ISP Network design.

Strong experience in Hotspot technology design, implementation and administration.

Excellent multilayer switch and router configuration and troubleshooting.

Ability to quickly analyze, evaluate and resolve technical problems at a protocol level and the ability to track and document problem resolution steps in a problem management system are essential.

Hands-on experience with TCP/IP, Source Routing, LAN/WAN equipment – switches and routers, communications protocols, SNMP & RMON.
