Hiring Service Center Manager – Water/Wastewater Firm in Dubai

We are currently seeking a highly experienced and qualified Service Center Manager for a leading French MNC Water/Wastewater firm based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As the global hub for a specific type of water treatment equipment in the world’s largest water company, this role will be responsible for coordinating with other Service Centers worldwide to provide support and define strategies for the fleet under their management.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in service areas of water treatment fleets
• Experience in managing a Service Center or similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in inventory management, team and contractor management, and troubleshooting
• Technical knowledge of the water treatment process, with a preferred technical background
• The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Service Center, ensuring efficient operations, and providing technical support to the fleet.
• Collaboration with other Service Centers globally will be key to drive excellence and deliver high-quality service to the firm’s clients.
