Advanced Integration Technologies (AIT) is seeking a driven Service Coordinator to join our growing team in the UAE. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of service and support for our projects.

Responsibilities.

  • Collaborate with project managers to understand project scope and provide efficient service and support.
  • Manage all email communication related to projects and support, ensuring prompt and coordinated responses.
  • Possess a strong understanding of contractual terms and conditions.
  • Address customer inquiries through email and other communication channels, providing timely and professional responses.
  • Utilize the AIT Ticketing Portal to manage service requests, collaborate with project managers and technicians, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Assign service tickets, coordinate with clients, document changes and updates, and file service call reports.
  • Track AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) support services, contract durations, and schedule service calls for engineers and technicians. Ensure proper documentation of service call reports.
  • Collaborate with project managers to prepare daily schedules and communicate them effectively to technicians via WhatsApp or phone calls.
  • Work closely with procurement to ensure material availability at project sites and track deliveries.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor preventative maintenance plans (PPMs) for various durations and ensure closure with complete service call reports.
  • Maintain strict data confidentiality and avoid using public domains to share client information.
  • Track and record project team overtime.
  • Maintain comprehensive service reports.
  • Report team member absences or late reporting to HR.
  • Manage technician leave requests.
  • Inform the Finance team upon commencement of new support services.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Coordinator or similar role in the ELV (Extra Low Voltage) Systems domain within the UAE.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with a ticketing system is a plus.
  • Arabic language proficiency is a benefit.
