Introduction:

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow SAM Consultant to join our team in the UAE, providing dedicated services to a prestigious banking client. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of software asset management within the ServiceNow platform and experience working directly in the Middle Eastern banking or financial services industry.
• Responsibilities:
• Implement, configure, and manage ServiceNow SAM Pro capabilities to ensure compliance and optimization of software assets.
• Conduct detailed assessments of the client's software asset management practices and integrate these with ServiceNow solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to software asset management processes, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with IT, procurement, and legal departments to establish and enforce governance for software licensing.
• Provide training and support to the client’s staff on utilizing ServiceNow SAM tools effectively.
• Generate regular reports on software asset compliance, expenditure, and optimization opportunities.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in software asset management practices.
• Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in software asset management, specifically with ServiceNow SAM Pro.
• Strong understanding of the banking or financial services industry regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proven track record of successful implementation of ServiceNow projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide practical solutions.
• Current residence in the UAE or willingness to relocate.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in SAM.
• Extensive experience working within the UAE or other parts of the Middle East.
• Knowledge of additional ServiceNow modules and ITIL certification.
