Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technician at Scent Arts.
The Technician will be responsible for installing and maintaining scent equipment at client locations, troubleshooting technical issues, and managing supply inventory.
Qualifications
- Technical knowledge and experience with installation and maintenance of electronic equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and perform repairs
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience working with fragrance oils and knowledge of basic chemistry concepts
- Attention to detail and ability to follow directions precisely
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as electronics or engineering is a plus
Responsibilities
- Visiting to client's site to Install and service of scent machines.
- Prepare, complete and submit technical paperwork as per company guidelines.
- Complete customer site survey inspections.
- Monthly service of all types of scent machines.
- Follow up with customer to verify their expectations are achieved.
- Perform diagnostics and repairs.
- Interface with Sales team to coordinate installation or replacement equipment when needed.
- Perform prescribed preventative maintenance on equipment installed in client locations as required.
- Make judgments on the right approach to deliver effective scenting in challenging environments.
- Support sales team with technical requests.
- Diligently follow processes and complete tasks as directed in installation & service schedules with minimum supervision.
