Servicenow Architect

Description:

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled ServiceNow Architect to join our team in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in ServiceNow, IT Service Management, and related technologies to design, implement, and optimize solutions that drive business value.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow modules (ESG, SecOps, ITAM, Health & Safety, etc.).
Research, evaluate, and recommend cost-effective solutions, applying best practices and standards.
Define data models, process designs, and provide technical expertise across projects.
Develop functional and technical requirements, create design documents, and refine testing plans to ensure application quality.
Lead ServiceNow upgrades, new technology deployments, and product roadmap planning.
Maintain detailed system documentation (design specs, troubleshooting, deployment, etc.).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and understanding of complex design decisions.
Mentor and lead teams, providing guidance in both technical and strategic areas.
Required Experience:
Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 12 years in the industry, with at least 7 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, and at least 5 full implementations.
Certifications: ITIL Foundation (mandatory), ServiceNow certifications highly preferred.
Skills: Expertise in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, XML; advanced scripting (client and server-side); experience with integrations (SSO, REST, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC); proficiency in ServiceNow Administration and ITIL methodologies.
Leadership: Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills. Ability to lead onshore and offshore teams and collaborate effectively across functions.
