Description:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with at least 7 years of experience in developing applications on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT Service Management (ITSM), Integration Custom Application Development, and Portal Development. The candidate should also possess the following qualifications:

Configuration of Service Portal and custom widgets, including workflows and processes. Implementation of designer-provided user interfaces.

Setting up Service portal content for authenticated users.

Utilizing Service Portal to customize user logins through system properties and script includes. - Creation, monitoring, modification, and publishing of service catalogue workflows with approvals. - Matching UI designs on various pages of a portal.

Designing, configuring, and customizing new applications and modules.

Troubleshooting patch/release management issues.

Strong knowledge in CMDB

Knowledge of S2P, SPM, VA, Automation Hub is a plus.
