ITHR 360 is seeking a highly skilled SharePoint & SQL Integration Specialist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in both SharePoint and SQL, with a strong background in system integration and application development. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to develop, customize, and integrate solutions that enhance business operations, streamline workflows, and improve user experience.
Key Responsibilities:1. Technical Expertise
- SharePoint Development & Administration:
- Lead the design, customization, and maintenance of SharePoint environments (both on-premises and SharePoint Online).
- Implement custom SharePoint solutions, including sites, lists, libraries, and workflows, tailored to business needs.
- SQL and Database Management:
- Manage, develop, and optimize SQL databases, including Oracle and SQL Server.
- Write and optimize complex queries, stored procedures, and PL/SQL scripts to support application functionality and performance.
- Programming & UI Development:
- Develop custom applications and features in C#, leveraging SharePoint and SQL data.
- Design intuitive and responsive user interfaces using front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks like Angular or React.
- Integration Technologies:
- Utilize APIs, web services, and middleware to integrate SharePoint with SQL and other enterprise systems.
- Use ETL tools to facilitate data migration and integration, ensuring data integrity and consistency across platforms.
2. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
- Diagnose and resolve system integration issues to maintain smooth operation across applications.
- Perform performance tuning on SharePoint and SQL systems, optimizing for speed, scalability, and resource efficiency.
- Analyze complex technical problems and design solutions that align with business requirements and operational needs.
3. Communication and Collaboration
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including IT, development, and business stakeholders, to deliver projects on time and to specification.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable project plans.
- Provide documentation and user support for solutions, ensuring clear communication on functionality and best practices.
4. Security and Compliance
- Implement best practices in data security, ensuring SharePoint and SQL environments meet organizational and industry compliance standards.
- Regularly audit and monitor systems for vulnerabilities, addressing potential risks proactively.
Key Skills and Qualifications:Technical Skills
- SharePoint:
- Strong expertise in SharePoint development, administration, and customization (SharePoint Online and On-Premises).
- Database Management:
- Advanced SQL skills with experience in Oracle and SQL Server databases, including PL/SQL and stored procedures.
- Programming:
- Proficiency in C# for application development and customization.
- Front-end development skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.
- Integration:
- Familiarity with integration technologies (APIs, web services, ETL tools) to ensure seamless interoperability between applications.

- Experience in performance tuning and query optimization for large-scale systems.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in SharePoint development and administration.
- 3+ years of experience with SQL and Oracle database management.
- Relevant certifications in SharePoint and SQL are preferred (e.g., Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Developer, Oracle PL/SQL Developer Certified Associate).
