In line with our new office opening in Dubai, we are seeking experienced, motivated, and enthusiastic individuals to build a core team of Dry Cargo Shipbrokers based in our Dubai office.

Role description

As a Dry Cargo Shipbroker (Handy/Supra/PMX), your key responsibilities will be business development and shipbroking. This includes but is not limited to handling the full fixture cycle (query, sourcing, negotiating, presenting, concluding, managing), following up post-fixture with Operations teams, working closely with our Global Teams, report preparation etc.

The ideal candidate should have min. 2-3 years in Drybulk Shipbroking, particularly for Handy, Supra or PMX sized vessels.

Key Requirements

• Good knowledge of the shipping market
• Strong communication skills, combined with interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
• Committed & hungry with a burning desire to make money
• Professional degree, preferably maritime-related
• Able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
