Hiring Shipping Company Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the company, including customs clearance, shipping, and distribution, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Supervise customs clearance processes in Dubai, ensuring full compliance with local regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and clients to deliver high-quality services.
- Develop strategies to improve operational performance and achieve financial goals.
- Train and guide the team to ensure high productivity and efficiency.
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Prepare monthly reports on performance, costs, and operations.
- Resolve operational issues promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in shipping and customs clearance, with strong expertise in Dubai.
- Proficiency in ARABIC, both spoken and written.
- Extensive knowledge of UAE customs clearance laws and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage a multicultural team.
- Ability to work under pressure and develop innovative solutions to challenges.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and suppliers.
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
