Site Engineer

 

Description:

We are looking for Project Engineer with the following attributes:

1. Degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical)

2. Minimum 5 years experience in UAE

3. Valid UAE driving license

4. Strong leadership and organizational skills

5. Excellent communication and coordination skills

6. Subject knowledge with problem solving capabilities

1. Project Planning and Coordination:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and timelines.

Develop detailed plans for site installation, including scheduling and manpower allocation.

2. Site Management:

Supervise and coordinate onsite activities related to facade installation.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Monitor progress to ensure work is proceeding on schedule and within budget.

3. Quality Control:

Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure they meet project specifications and quality standards.

Address any issues or deficiencies promptly to maintain quality and safety.

4. Team Leadership and Communication:

Lead and manage a team of workers, including subcontractors and laborers.

Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, architects, and project managers.

5. Problem Solving:

Identify and resolve problems or delays that may arise during facade installation.

Implement solutions to maintain project momentum and quality.

6. Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of onsite activities, including daily progress reports, safety inspections, and material deliveries.

Provide regular updates to project stakeholders regarding progress, issues, and resolutions.

7. Cost Management:

Monitor expenses related to facade installation and manage costs within budgetary constraints.

Recommend cost-saving measures without compromising quality or safety.

8. Knowledge of Facade Systems:

Possess expertise in various facade systems, materials, and construction methods.

Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in facade technology.

9. Environmental and Sustainability Considerations:

Ensure that facade installation meets environmental regulations and sustainability goals, if applicable.

Implement environmentally friendly practices where possible.

10. Client Relations:

Foster positive relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and addressing concerns promptly.

Manage client expectations regarding project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
