Site Operations Manager

Description:

· Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Operation Manager in construction, ideally with experience in Proof-of-Work crypto mining, data centres, or similar projects

· Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred

· Strong understanding of construction management processes and industry standards

· Proficiency or familiarity with federal and state regulations regarding Bitcoin mining

· Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills

· Ability to manage complex projects and multi-disciplinary teams

· Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills

· Familiarity with construction and project management software tools

· Relevant certifications in construction management or safety are advantageous

· Excellent written and oral communication skills

· Ability to work on-site in UAE and occasionally travel to Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee and manage all aspects of the construction site for the new Bitcoin Mining facility in UAE as well as Europe.

· Ensure the project is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

· Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations

· Implement and maintain safety protocols and quality standards on the construction site

· Provide regular progress updates to senior management and other stakeholders

· Resolve any issues or delays that arise during the construction process

· Liaise with local authorities and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations regarding Bitcoin mining

· Manage resources effectively, including labour, materials, and equipment

· Ensure compliance with all relevant construction and mining industry regulations
