Site Supervision Engineer

Description:

Ramesh & Associates is seeking a DM Certified Structural or Site Supervision Engineer with extensive experience in steel and concrete design supervision for high-rise, mid-rise, residential, villa, commercial, and industrial projects in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring structural integrity, reviewing submittals, and ensuring compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee permit applications and ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality (DM) regulations.
Supervise construction focusing on steel and concrete design.
Review design submittals for compliance with regulatory standards.
Coordinate with architectural, MEP teams, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Conduct site inspections and track approval processes for permits.
Issue payment certificates and resolve construction issues.
Prepare and submit detailed progress reports for various project types.
Qualifications:
DM Certified Engineer (mandatory).
5+ years of experience in steel and concrete design supervision on projects in Dubai.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s degree is a plus).
In-depth knowledge of Dubai Municipality processes.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM, and structural design software.
A valid driving license (preferred for site visits).
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with ETABS, SAFE, or STAAD software.
Experience in preparing site reports and documenting project progress.
