Site Supervisor

 

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Civil & ID Supervisor to oversee and manage construction activities at various project sites in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, without any trouble and according to the specified standards and safety regulations.

 

The ideal candidate will ensure that all projects are completed seamlessly, without any disruption or conflict at the site. You will play a key role in maintaining harmonious relations with the workforce, client representatives, occupants, and neighboring communities, and any other officials. Ensuring client satisfaction, guaranteeing that the project progresses smoothly and without complications.

 

The candidate must demonstrate sincerity, honesty, dedication, and a hardworking yet smart and efficient working style to ensure high-quality project delivery.

 

Key Responsibilities

- Construction Management for Civil & ID Works. Knowledge of MEP will be a plus

- Interior Design Precision Execution and Supervision

- Problem Solving, Identification of Potential Issues & Mitigation Strategy

- Quality Control & Assurance

- Project Coordination, esp. with client, Project Engineer, and Consultant (if needed)

- Coordination between all other on-site Stakeholders

- Handling of Occupants, Neighbors, LEA, and related Governing Bodies

- Site Management & Administration

- Subletting Works / Subcontractors Handling & Management

- Resource Management & Optimization

- Material, T&P Saving, Management and Recordkeeping

- Safety Management & Enforcement

- Conflict & Dispute Management with proactive Handling

- Budget and Time Management

- Expense Control, Management and Recordkeeping

- Labor Handling & Wages Management

- Small Site-related Purchasing

- Progress Reporting, Daily, Weekly & Monthly

- Comparative Analysis

- Any assigned task

 

Qualification

- Diploma in Civil Engineering

- Proficiency in MS Office (esp. Excel, Word), AutoCAD (Optional)

- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, industry standards, and safety regulations.

- Minimum of 3 years of working experience in construction industry in UAE

- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
