Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to meet business goals.
- Content Creation: Create engaging content (posts, graphics, videos) and manage content calendars.
- Platform Management: Manage and maintain social media profiles; schedule and publish posts.
- Campaign Execution: Plan and manage organic and paid campaigns; collaborate with influencers.
- Advertising: Create and manage social media ads for optimal performance.
- Collaboration: Work with videographer, marketing, sales teams to align efforts.
- Audience Growth: Implement tactics to grow followers and improve engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an SMM Specialist or similar role.
- Experience managing social media platforms for brands, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, etc.).
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of social media analytics tools and metrics (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics).
- Experience with social media advertising (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) and managing budgets.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to create compelling content tailored to each social media platform, including posts, graphics, videos, and stories.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write engaging and brand-appropriate content.
- Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and branding consistency.
- Ability to adapt content to evolving social media trends and the target audience’s preferences.
- Stay up-to-date with current digital and social media trends.
- Ability to create and manage social media calendars and schedule posts effectively.
- In-depth understanding of different platforms’ algorithms and the best practices for each.
- Willingness to work during non-traditional hours, as social media activity may require it.
