Role Summary/Purpose
- We are looking for an Arabic speaker to manage social media community & Translation Support to join the Pixel team on a full-time basis. As an Arabic Community & Translation Support at Pixel, you will be responsible for translating content and responding to comments, messages and community management in Arabic.
- As an Arabic Community & Translations Support, you will play a crucial role in enhancing community engagement with the Arabic-speaking audience.
- The ideal candidate will have strong language skills, cultural awareness, and experience in social media management and preferably with Marketing Agencies or in other relevant industries.
Essential Responsibilities
- Customer Service and Community Management:
- Engage with the Arabic-speaking community across various social media platforms, forums, and online communities.
- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to align Arabic content and community management with overall marketing strategies.
- Foster positive relationships with community members and encourage active participation.
- Require enhanced proficiency in overseeing social media communities or managing competitions.
- Translation:
- Translate a wide range of content, including keywords, ad copy, website content, social media posts, and marketing materials from English to Arabic.
- Ensure the accuracy and cultural appropriateness of translations.
- Work closely with the content team to maintain consistent messaging in Arabic.
- Act as a bridge between the company and the Arabic-speaking community, conveying feedback and insights to relevant teams.
- Adapt content to be culturally relevant and appealing to the Arabic-speaking audience while maintaining brand consistency.
- Stay updated on trends and cultural nuances in the Arabic-speaking world to ensure content remains relevant.
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in Arabic language – translation skills not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in community management or a related field is a plus.
- Knowledge of cultural nuances and trends in the Arabic-speaking world.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online forums.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Bubbly, confident and engaging personality for frequent interaction with competition participants.
