Drive our online presence with strategy, personality, and performance. Grow our followers organically, keep them engaged, and turn them into loyal brand advocates.
Duties & Responsibilities of a Social Media Community Manager1. Content Scheduling & Calendar Management
- Plan and schedule engaging content across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Align content with product launches, marketing campaigns, holidays, and brand moments.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule.
2. Community Engagement
- Monitor DMs, comments, mentions, and tags daily.
- Respond promptly and in the brand’s voice to customer inquiries and feedback.
- Spark and join conversations with followers, influencers, and potential customers.
3. Audience Growth & Strategy
- Strategically grow social media followers organically through authentic content and interaction.
- Develop and implement tactics to increase engagement, reach, and follower quality.
- Stay updated on trends, hashtags, and viral challenges—especially in beauty and luxury spaces.
4. Paid Social Media Campaigns
- Set up and manage paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) to promote products or boost engagement.
- Target the right demographics to drive traffic, conversions, or awareness.
5. Analytics & Reporting
- Track and report weekly or monthly performance metrics (reach, likes, saves, shares, growth, impressions).
- Analyze what’s working and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Provide insights to guide future content and marketing direction.
6. Customer Service via Social
- Act as the first point of contact for customers on social media.
- Resolve complaints or route them to the right internal team.
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and helpful tone always.
7. Brand Voice & Aesthetic Alignment
- Maintain a consistent visual and verbal brand identity.
- Ensure every comment, caption, and post feels on-brand and high-end.
- Work with design or content teams to keep content polished and elevated.
8. Influencer & Partnership Support (optional but valuable)
- Help identify and build relationships with relevant influencers or beauty creators.
- Support campaigns, repost content, and keep influencer engagement high.
9. Trendspotting & Competitor Monitoring
- Stay ahead of beauty industry trends and viral moments.
- Monitor competitors to identify opportunities for differentiation or inspiration.
About You:
- You're OBSESSED with beauty, trends, and storytelling.
- You’ve grown a social account by thousands—organically and/or with smart paid strategies.
- You understand luxury aesthetics and can keep everything clean, aspirational, yet relatable.
- You're proactive, self-starting, and flexible with time zones.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn & Pinterest trends.
- Bonus: You have experience in paid social ads and influencer outreach.
