Description:
As a Social Media Content Creator, you will assist with managing all social media channels and campaigns that you are assigned to. Your job role includes managing and creating of contents that drives brand and engages customers. You should be intellectually curious with strong analytical skills and an exceptional ability to interpret data and communicate insights and findings. You are also a creative thinker and self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth, results-oriented environment. This position requires a native Arabic Speaker.
Salary Dhs. 6,000 to 8,000 plus Employment Visa and medical insurance provided
Missions
- Create, review, edit and update content for marketing materials, and social media platforms.
- Managing the assigned social media accounts and posts content / Community management answering to messages online.
- Researching industry-related topics
- Brainstorming campaign ideas. Work with the team to conceptualize and develop visuals and video content, images, reels…etc.
- Monitor various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Tik Tok.
- Analyzes analytics to gauge the success of campaigns.
- Use social media to engage consumers and promote company initiatives.
- Update social media platforms as needed.
- Understands the overall concept of the campaign, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service.
- Engages with customers or clients and provides service and/or sales.
- Provide suggestions to management for improving customer experience on social platforms and internal processes.
- Learns and becomes proficient on internal software systems.
- Assists in creating performance reports.

Education
- Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
- Knowledge of the social media marketing industry, strategies and tactics and perfect knowledge of Social platforms such as Instagram and Tik Tok.
- Familiarity with online engagement
- Ability to assist in development of strategic social marketing plans
- Translation from EN to AR and visa versa.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop & Premiere
