Hiring Social Media Coordinator, Dubai UAE.
Role Overview: The Social Media Coordinator will be the heartbeat of Brand online presence, responsible for creating, curating, and managing published content across all social media platforms, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, and Snapchat. This role demands a blend of creativity, strategic planning, and the ability to capture the essence of Brand through engaging and innovative content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with movie distributors and studios to receive assets and updates regarding upcoming movie releases, ensuring timely and accurate promotion across social media channels.
- Assist the Digital Strategy lead with developing and implementing social media strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness.
- Create compelling content for each social media channel, including posts, stories, reels, and videos, with help from our videographer/photographer and in-house graphic design team.
- Collaborate with our videographer/photographer to plan and execute content shoots at various locations.
- Travel between locations to capture dynamic content with our in-house videographer/photographer, highlighting the unique features and events at each venue.
- Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “Social” way and in a timely manner.
- Analyse, review, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns to maximise results.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends and technologies.
- Use social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand.
- Work with team members to coordinate ad campaigns with social media strategy.
- Assist the Digital Strategy Lead with managing the content calendar to ensure a constant supply of relevant content.
Requirements:
- Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist.
- Excellent consulting, writing, and communication skills.
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
- Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
- Positive attitude, detail and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
- Fluency in English.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between locations with our videographer/photographer.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, or Public Relations preferred.
