- Role Description –
- Strategize and Execute Online Display, Social Media Campaigns to drive Traffic, Online reputation management,
- Client/Customer response and resolution management on the online channels.
- Forge Strategic.
- Campaign/Consumer Analytics, Insights, and Optimizations.
- Real time tracking.
- Responding to client queries and complaints.
- Manage work efficiently, generate ideas collaboratively with the team, and must have apassion for content fast thinking.
- Create content on a variety of complaints, queries or request.
- Understand the client and its customer and draft a response accordingly.
- Maintaining Daily Reports.
- Taking care of all deliveries of the client as per SLA.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- 1-3years of experience in a digital media agency
- Strong grammatical knowledge and keen attention to detail.
- Strong research skills. The ability to collect and analyze data volumes to derive the right insights.
- Good knowledge about Social Media Platforms
- Highly creative and imaginative
- Confident, self-motivated and believe in collaborative approach.
