Description:
Job Responsibility:
1. Develop, plan, and schedule high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
2. Collaborate with the design and content team to create visually appealing graphics, videos, and captions.
3.Assist in developing and implementing effective social media strategies to align with marketing objectives.
4.Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns and posts using analytics tools to optimize engagement
5.Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly to build strong relationships with the online community.
6.Engage with followers and relevant influencers to foster brand loyalty and increase reach.
7.Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure innovative and relevant strategies.
Incorporate trending topics, hashtags, and formats to boost engagement.
8.Track, measure, and report on key social media metrics, providing actionable insights for improvement.
9.Identify opportunities for growth and recommend adjustments to strategies based on data insights.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1 year of experience in managing social media platforms for a brand or organization.
2.Proficiency in social media tools and analytics platforms
3. Excellent writing and communication skills.
4. Creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for social media trends.
