Responsibilities
- Research target audience and discover current trends
- Create engaging text, video, and image content
- Monitor web traffic
- Develop optimal posting schedule
- Respond to customer emails and messages
- Create and share content for our online community
- Managing different types of content on various social media platforms
- Copy-writing, creating top quality content, grow followers and engagement, develop strategies and post in a timely manner
- Continuous analysis of social media trends
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
- Develop a customer loyalty program as well as referral program
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- Experience as a social media coordinator
- Strong communication, multitasking and analytical skills
- Customer service experience
