- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company objectives.

- Identify target audience segments and tailor content accordingly to enhance engagement.

 

Content Creation and Curation

- Create compelling and visually appealing content for various social media platforms.

- Curate relevant and trending content to maintain a vibrant and active online presence.

 

Platform Management:

- Manage and optimise company profiles on major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Tik Tok, Snapchat).

- Stay informed about platform updates and industry trends to adapt strategies accordingly.

 

Community Engagement:

- Foster and engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and mentions.

- Develop and execute campaigns to encourage user-generated content and interaction.

 

Analytics and Reporting:

- Utilize analytics tools to track and analyse the performance of social media campaigns.

- Provide regular reports on key metrics and insights, adjusting strategies as needed.

 

Collaboration:

- Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives.

- Coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors for collaborative campaigns.

 

Requirements:

 

1. Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.

2. Demonstrable expertise in developing and implementing successful social media strategies.

3. Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

5. Proficiency in graphic design tools and basic video editing.

6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

7. Creative thinking and a passion for staying updated on industry trends.

8. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
