Responsibilities

 

1. Social Media Strategy and Execution

 

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to Dubai’s real estate market.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

 

2. Content Creation

 

  • Plan, create, and post high-quality content, including images, reels, and videos, showcasing listings and the luxury lifestyle.
  • Design engaging posts, captions, and stories that resonate with our target audience.
  • Utilize professional photography and videography to highlight property features.

 

3. Platform Management

 

  • Manage and grow accounts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, and WhatsApp.
  • Schedule and optimize posts for maximum reach and engagement.
  • Respond to comments and messages promptly to foster community engagement.

 

4. Advertising and Lead Generation

 

  • Plan and execute targeted ad campaigns to generate leads and boost visibility.
  • Use analytics tools to monitor ad performance and optimize for better results.

 

5. Analytics and Reporting

 

  • Track and analyze key metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, lead conversion) to measure performance.
  • Provide monthly reports with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

 

Requirements

 

1. Experience and Expertise

 

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager with some experience in the real estate industry.
  • Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market and audience preferences.

 

2. Skills

 

  • Strong content creation skills (photo editing, video editing, reel creation, etc.).
  • Proficiency with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and scheduling platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Excellent communication skills; must be fluent in spoken English and demonstrate impeccable written English skills.

 

3. Technical Knowledge

 

  • Expertise in running targeted ad campaigns on Facebook, Google, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, and WhatsApp.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform-native insights).

 

4. Location

 

  • Must be based in Dubai and available for weekly in-person meetings.

 

5. Portfolio

 

  • A strong portfolio showcasing social media accounts you’ve managed, particularly for real estate or luxury brands.
