Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media and Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of social media algorithms across all platforms and have a passion for creating and executing effective marketing strategies. As a team leader, the Social Media and Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing and executing social media campaigns, creating and curating content, and developing marketing initiatives that drive engagement and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies across all platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) to increase brand visibility and engagement
- Create and curate high-quality, engaging content that aligns with the brand's messaging and tone of voice
- Manage and maintain a content calendar for social media and marketing initiatives
- Analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns and adjust strategies as necessary
- Collaborate with the team to develop and execute marketing initiatives that drive growth and engagement
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media and marketing trends and techniques
- Act as a team leader, mentoring and guiding junior team members to achieve their full potential
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media and Marketing Manager or similar role
- Excellent understanding of social media algorithms across all platforms
- Strong creative skills, with the ability to generate unique and engaging content
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field
