Social Media Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies tailored to our chocolate and flowers business on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and Twitter

- Create and manage engaging content, ad campaigns, and social media calendars to boost brand awareness and drive customer engagement.

- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.

- Engage with our online community, responding to inquiries, comments, and reviews promptly and professionally.

- Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize ROI and improve online presence.

- Identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations to expand our reach with corporate clients and other businesses.

- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients for bulk orders and special gifting occasions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Previous experience in social media marketing and advertising, preferably in the retail or gifting industry.

- Proven experience in social media marketing, with a track record of successful ad campaigns.

- Proficiency in using social media advertising tools and analytics platforms.

- Strong understanding of all major social media platforms and their advertising capabilities.

- Strong creative skills to design eye-catching content.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for B2B sales interactions.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic retail environment.

- Passion for chocolate and flowers is a plus!

- Able to live and work in Abu Dhabi

- Valid UAE driving license

- Strong English and Arabic
