We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Junior Social Media Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about social media and digital marketing, with a keen interest in real estate. You will assist in executing our social media strategy, creating engaging content, and driving brand awareness to attract and retain clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop and curate high-quality content for our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others. Content may include graphics, videos, blog posts, and property listings.
- Social Media Management: Manage and update our social media profiles and pages, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all platforms. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Campaign Execution: Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and promotions to boost engagement and drive traffic to our website and property listings.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media metrics and performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and others. Prepare reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest improvements.
- Market Research: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in social media and real estate marketing. Conduct competitive analysis and research to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies and business goals. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and promotions.
- Event Promotion: Support the promotion of company events, property launches, and open houses through social media channels, including creating event-specific content and managing RSVP lists.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably within the real estate industry. Fresh graduates with relevant internships are also encouraged to apply.
- Skills: Proficient in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter), content creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva), and social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer). Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
- Attributes: Creative mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
