Role Description
We are looking for a Specialized Social Media Specialist to be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing an organization’s social media strategy to enhance its online presence and achieve marketing goals. They create engaging content, interact with the online community, and analyze performance metrics to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
Key responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the organization’s marketing objectives.
- Content Creation: Create high-quality, compelling, and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and infographics.
- Content Scheduling: Plan and schedule content posts, ensuring consistency in branding, messaging, and timing.
- Community Management: Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Audience Growth: Identify and implement strategies to grow the organization’s social media following and reach a larger audience.
- Social Advertising: Plan and manage paid social media advertising campaigns to increase visibility and reach specific target audiences.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, providing regular reports on key metrics and insights to inform strategy adjustments.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with industry trends and changes in social media algorithms to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and content creators, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
- Crisis Management: Develop and implement crisis communication plans to address negative feedback
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or more in digital marketing, or a related field.
- Highly qualified in META (Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp Marketing).
- 4+ years of experience in social media marketing, with a focus on social media.
- Expertise in Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, and other digital marketing platforms.
- Experience in optimizing web with organic traffic and user funnels.
- Experience in social media content writing.
- Experience in social media basic graphic designing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Ability to manage multinational company’s marketing and meet deadlines.
