Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and creative Social Media Specialist with experience in design, content creation, social media marketing, and paid advertising. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing social media campaigns, and effectively communicating with our audience. A background in the real estate industry is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Design visually appealing graphics, videos, and posts that align with the brand identity and resonate with the target audience.
- Social Media Management: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
- Paid Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to maximize reach and ROI.
- Content Writing: Write compelling, original content for social media posts, blogs, and ad copy that engage the audience and drive traffic.
- Engagement & Community Management: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and inquiries promptly, and engage with followers to build a strong community.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze key metrics (reach, engagement, impressions, conversions) and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
- Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor analysis, and social media innovations, especially within the real estate market.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, designers, and sales team to ensure brand consistency and support campaign objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative design and content skills.
- Experience in the real estate industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging, error-free content.
- Experience with paid social media advertising and campaign management.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and LinkedIn Analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer engagement.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
