Software Application Consultant

 

Description:

We are seeking to employ young and enthusiastic individuals who will join our team of software application consultants. The position will involve the provision of installation, implementation, parameterization, training and support services for our CAFM / iWMS solutions covering mainly our KSA customers.

Responsibilities

· Meet with customers, analyse and document their business requirements

· Estimate work and plan accordingly

· Implement and parameterize our solutions based on customer related industry

· Setup processes and data structure related to Property, Space, Asset, Maintenance and Energy Management

· Identify and recommend product parameterization, enhancements or work-around solutions

· Follow up on pending project and prospect tasks

· Develop custom reports and KPIs according to customer requirements

· Train customers on the implemented software application

· Provide customer on-site and remote support

· Pre-Sale support, including preparing and presenting application demos

· Data migration using ETL methodology mostly with SQL databases and Excel

· Experience in developing interfaces between applications will be considered as an advantage

Qualifications

· College or University degree related to Computer Science, MIS, Facilities Management or related field

· Good understanding and experience of related Business Processes

· Previous experience in implementing application software solutions

· Experience in either Asset Management, CAFM / iWMS, ERP, CRM or other related applications

· Ability to analyse and document customer requirements

· Ability to understand and design work-flow process diagrams

· Ability to train customers and demonstrate the functionality of the system

· Experience in development reports, dashboards and KPIs using tools such as Power BI and Crystal Reports

· Project Management skills and tools

· High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Visio, Outlook and Word

· Experience in implementing, supporting and developing under an MS SQL Server environment

· Experience in supporting Windows Server and IIS environment

· Experience in IoT infrastructure and Sustainability related projects will be considered an advantage

· Customer and service oriented

· Self-motivated, comfortable working independently and taking initiative without direct orders

· Excellent verbal and written communication in the Arabic and English Language

· Strong interpersonal and communication skill Good Presentation Skills

The remuneration package will be based on the experience and compliance of the candidate in the above Duties and Qualifications.

The successful candidates will receive extensive training on both the business and technical aspects related to the position.
