Fast developing mid-size IT Company is looking for motivated and energetic Support Executive. You will be expected to:
- Understand company’s product offerings.
- ERP Product Support / Implementation,
- Understand and Map the Software Process with client requirement,
- GAP Analysis, Provide Support / Training to the Client for ERP,
- Handle Client Request and Issues, Application Monitoring and Reporting,
- Maintaining Daily Log for all the Actions performed.
- Commendable solution to all client’s technical queries. Commendable solution to all client product queries.
- Ensure the customer balance status prior to giving support & response in suitable manner with win situation.
- Maintain technical documentation & CRM.
- Assessment of infrastructure. Co-ordination With team & Seniors.
