Solar Service Engineer

Powernsun is seeking an experienced Solar Service Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in solar energy systems, with at least 5 years of experience in service and maintenance. This role involves providing on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and maintaining solar power systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
 

• Perform routine maintenance and servicing of solar panels, inverters, and associated components.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues in solar power systems, ensuring timely resolution.
• Provide on-site support during system installations, commissioning, and testing phases.
• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Create and maintain detailed service reports, documentation, and customer communications.
   

Requirements
 

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the solar industry, with a focus on service, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical diagrams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulations within the solar industry.
