Solution Architect

Description:

• Perform of O&M of platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints.
• Attend emergency callout for system issues and customer complaints.
• Operating System: UNIX, Linux
• Languages: Java, PLSQL
• Basic Java Skills:
• Web Technologies: HTML, XML , Web Services, SOAP UI
• Application Servers: Tomcat 6.0, Web Logic Server 8.0
• Scripting Language: Shell Script,
• Preferred to have expertise in Intelligent Networks (Ericsson IN): UCIP protocol over AIR
• Fulfillment Domain Experience.
• Any CRM Platform. (e.g. CBCM/CRM)
• BSS knowledge.
• Should be well conversant in following Technologies. Java, Java Web Services, SOAP UI
   

Qualifications & Experience
 

• B.E, MCA, MSc, Btech (computer science) or Equivalent with minimum 5 years of experience
