Join Our Team in Dubai – Sourcing Executive (Offroll)
Are you a skilled sourcing professional with a knack for negotiation and a passion for category management? We’re seeking a Sourcing Executive to help drive strategic procurement within the facility management industry. If you’re ready to take on new challenges and make a real impact, this role is for you!
What You’ll Do:
- Source and negotiate supplier quotes, establishing favorable terms and delivery conditions.
- Analyze customer purchase data to maximize opportunities for Annual Rate Contracts (ARC) and RFQs.
- Conduct category and item-wise price analysis, driving profitability with minimal margin of error.
- Collaborate across teams (Business Development, Procurement, Local Sourcing) to deliver competitive, timely insights.
- Develop and refine processes to enhance procurement effectiveness and data turnaround time (TAT).
- Build a comprehensive database of indirect items to streamline sourcing operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 1-4 years in the sourcing industry with strong indirect procurement knowledge.
- Skills: Exceptional negotiation skills, customer focus, and the ability to initiate new processes.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus.
