The Arts Club Dubai is recruiting for an experienced and talented Sous Chef to join the Brasserie Restaurant.  The role is responsible in assisting the day-to-day running of the kitchen as directed by the Head Chef, and provide a high standard of food for the Restaurant.

The successful candidate will have:

• a minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, within a Michelin starred restaurant,
• good knowledge of food products, trends and cooking techniques,
• the ability to motivate and drive the team to their goals,
• strong organizational and time management skills with a high degree of flexibility,
• A creative mindset.
