Hiring company is a well-known Arabic restaurant and café in Dubai

Job Description:

  • Directing the food preparation process and delegating tasks
  • Assisting the Head Chef to create menu items, recipes and develop dishes
  • Supervising all kitchen stations, motivating and working closely with other Chefs of all levels
  • Responsible for health, safety and food hygiene practices
  • Ensuring food quality and excellent standards are maintained for all dishes created

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in Dubai
  • Experience in International/Arabic/ western cuisines
  • Level 1 and 2 Food Safety Certificate
  • Food watch knowledge
  • HACCP knowledge
  • Awareness of Control of Substances Hazardous to Health
  • Regulations (COSHH) and chemical safety
  • Must be available to join immediately
