As a Sous Chef at Vyora Restaurant L.L.C, you will assume an essential role within our culinary team, collaborating closely with our Executive Chef to ensure the highest standards of culinary excellence. You will be responsible for a range of tasks, including menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen management. Responsibilities:

·       Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop and execute creative and delectable menus.

·       Oversee kitchen operations, including staff supervision, training, and scheduling.

·       Ensure that food quality, taste, and presentation meet our exacting standards.

·       Participate in menu planning, using your culinary expertise to contribute innovative ideas.

·       Maintain a well-organized and clean kitchen, adhering to sanitation and safety standards.

·       Manage inventory, control food costs, and order supplies as necessary.

·       Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering their growth and development.

·       Thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment.

 

Qualifications:

·       Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a high-end or fine dining restaurant.

·       Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred.

·       Proficiency in various cooking techniques and cuisines.

·       Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

·       Excellent time management and organizational abilities.

·       Having knowledge of Turkish cuisine will be advantageous.

·       Knowledge of kitchen equipment and safety guidelines.
