Requirements:

  • Solid background in Western cuisine with high culinary skills.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a luxury hotel environment.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team, ensuring consistent quality and exceptional service.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
  • Collaborate with Executive Chef to develop menus and maintain high standards of quality.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff to deliver outstanding results.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
