Looking for a Sous Chef for outdoor catering for a high-end event & catering company in Dubai. UAE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and prepare a variety of high-quality dishes, using a range of cooking techniques and utilizing fresh, local ingredients.
  • Plan and manage menus, taking into account dietary preferences and restrictions, as well as cultural and personal tastes.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and pantry, including managing inventory and ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained.
  • Collaborate with the staff to ensure that meal service runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Manage the budget for the kitchen, including purchasing ingredients and equipment as needed.
  • Train and supervise any kitchen assistants or interns as needed.
