This is a full-time on-site role for an F&I Specialist at RMA Motors Dubai. The F&I Specialist will be responsible for handling finance and insurance processes for vehicle sales, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves working closely with customers, financial institutions, and the sales team to facilitate smooth transactions and enhance the overall car buying experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in finance and insurance processes related to vehicle sales
• Knowledge of automotive financing options and industry standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and finance software
• Previous experience in luxury car sales is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 5 years UAE Automotive Sales Experience
• Currently UAE Based
• Prestige Brand Experience Preferred
• In depth knowledge of all major UAE banking automotive finance process
• Experience with using dealer management system
• In depth IT skills, Competent with Excel & Word
• Strong reporting and procedural skills
• Strong Communication Skills
