As a Specialist -Talent Acquisition, your role involves attracting and securing top talent to drive the organization’s growth and success. Your responsibilities include implementing comprehensive recruitment strategies, collaborating closely with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth candidate journey throughout.

We are looking for someone with a bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field and at least five years of talent acquisition experience, ideally in financial services. He/ She must showcase strong interviewing, assessment, sourcing, networking, and communication skills, and proficiency with modern recruitment tools and technologies.
