Specialist/retail Consumer Operations

 

Description:

  • Updating knowledge for 90+ stores and entire retail staff base
  • Ensuring accurate content/information across commination mediums & customer SMS
  • Aligning with all stake holders confirming all requirements (System readiness, process & etc…) for PLC & Non-PLC communications
  • Creating a communication plan according to criticality of the subject using suitable mediums
  • Review the communication content ensuring the accuracy of information sent across all communication mediums following the communication plan
  • Attending PLC ensuring launches check list is updated with points raised by retail and getting product owners feedbacks
  • Present weekly PLC presentation for management/internal functions highlighting major launches & getting proper feedback from them
  • Ensure the engagement plan is implemented, extend the support to internal stake holders and follow up on the progress with SPOCs
  • Liaise with internal teams to secure trophies, certificates etc. for all engagement related activities
  • Ensuring store locater updated for 90+ retail store data base with accurate information and sharing the update with the relevant section to update google map & digital platforms
  • Initiating customer SMS of store timing/status change by aligning with relevant section, reviewing test SMS content and ensuring SMS is rolled out to customers according to the plan
     

Qualifications & Experience
 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • 2-3 years of experience
