Description:

Skills, Tools, and Systems Experience:

• Ability to understand and uses appropriate methods, tools and applications for service management

• Demonstrates a rational and organized approach to work

• Identifies and negotiates own development opportunities

• Has sufficient communication skills for effective dialogue with customers, suppliers, and partners

• Ability to plan, schedule and monitor own work within short time horizons

• Independent problem-solving skills, strong analytical abilities, creativity, and a clear appreciation of end-customer needs

• General knowledge of ITIL V3 and ISO 20000 is Desirable

• Knowledge in customer relationship

• Knowledge of the existing technology services and current schemes at CLIENT, or similar airports/organizations is

 

Desirable

• SaaS (Box, Okta, Splunk, Service Now, Tableau)

• Enterprise Operation Management tools like (MF NNM, NA, OMi, OBR, SiteScope, ArcSite, CO, SOM). (Basic Knowledge)

• Network management, Data center management and Application management tools

• Splunk apps (Expert)

• Service Now (Basic Knowledge)

• Basic knowledge of Desktop management and performance monitoring tools like SCCM and Nexthink

• CSS and graphing libraries

• Python or bash/perl/shell scripting
