Description:
The role holder will be responsible for 'Tile, Ceramics & Sanitary ware Sales' in the assigned territory, building customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, negotiating & closing business deals and maintaining extensive knowledge of current market trends.
To do
- Focus on the sales of tiles and understand, analyze, review the project requirements in terms of specifications, budget & delivery and propose the products and services accordingly.
- Meet Interior designers, Developers, consultants and contractors regularly and generate new prospects to onboard potential new clients and increase business opportunities. Upon identification of a proposal opportunity, align the client with the appropriate technical resource in order to develop a proposal.
- Make proactive contact with existing and potential clients.
- Handle customer queries related to the price and clauses in the agreements. Provide product specifications & technical information through the sales process.
- Ensure that prequalification or getting on a vendor list requirements are fulfilled within a timely manner. Do regular follow-up with the clients, submit samples, receive and process inquiries, send quotations & ensure delivery of material and collections
- Provide Pre-sales and after-sales support by resolving customer complaints in the most agile manner.
- Develop and maintain standard project documentation such as process and procedures, project plans, agendas, action items lists, business requirements.
- Keep abreast with market information such as various projects, new opportunities, competition, and changing trends.

Requirements
- A completed bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 2 – 5 years of B2B or UAE sales experience within the Tiles, Ceramics & Sanitary ware Industries.
- Fluent English and Arabic speaker with 100% of work time spend on field.
