We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager with a proven track record in luxury real estate sales to drive revenue growth, lead a high-performing sales team, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have exceptional sales acumen, deep market knowledge, and the ability to close high-value deals.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and productivity.
  • Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), investors, and corporate clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s client base.
  • Oversee end-to-end sales processes, including lead generation, negotiations, and closing deals.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and luxury real estate developments.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Represent The Luxe Developers at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years in luxury real estate sales, with a strong track record of closing high-value deals.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
