Description:
We are seeking a passionate STEM Teachers to join our dynamic team on a project basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in STEM subjects and a flair for innovative teaching methods. You will play a key role in delivering exciting and interactive STEM learning experiences in schools, community centers, and other educational venues across Dubai and the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver hands-on STEM workshops, activities, and shows tailored to different age groups (K-12 and beyond).
- Engage students with practical demonstrations, experiments, and problem-solving challenges to enhance their understanding of STEM concepts.
- Collaborate with the Baseet team to develop and adapt STEM curricula that align with project requirements.
- Inspire students by integrating real-world applications of STEM disciplines into educational content.
- Work with school educators and administrators to coordinate and schedule project-based workshops and events.
- Contribute to the evaluation and improvement of STEM programs to ensure high-quality, impactful experiences.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM-related field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics), Education, or a closely related discipline.
- Experience in STEM education, science communication, or related fields, preferably in a classroom or workshop setting.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage learners of various ages.
- Creativity in designing and delivering hands-on activities and lessons that make STEM subjects accessible and enjoyable.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work on a per-project basis, accommodating different schedules and requirements.
- A passion for inspiring the next generation of scientists, engineers, and innovators.
