Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Stewarding Supervisor at Al Habtoor Polo Resort located in Dubai. The Stewarding Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Stewarding Department. This includes maintaining cleanliness, ensuring equipment is in good condition, and managing a team of stewards to ensure the kitchen and dining areas meet the highest standards of sanitation.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Stewarding Supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry is required
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a team
• Knowledge of inventory management, sanitation standards, and cleaning techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure with a commitment to safety
• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
