Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate candidate for the position of Retail Store Manager for a Shoes and Bags Shop located in City Walk And Mirdiff City Center. As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the staff will maximize the commercial performance of their boutique, as well as establishing a bridge between the back office and their network of stores. You will also be responsible for sales objective achievement and outstanding omnichannel client experience across the retail network in line with international corporate guidelines and in collaboration with local & regional & HQ teams (Merchandising, Marketing, Supply, Digital…). The candidate must have experience in maximizing KPIs, inventory checking, marketing, and budgeting as well as training the staff with sales techniques to improve their skills.
Responsibilities:
◉ Must be knowledgeable in planning and implementing strategies to attract customers
◉ Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders, and payments)
◉ Monitor and maintain store inventory
◉ Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best
◉ Monitor retail operating costs, budgets, and resources
◉ Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs
◉ Conduct regular audits to ensure the store is functional and presentable
Requirements:
◉ Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager with Ladies' Shoes and Bags
◉ Must be fluent in English
◉ Leadership and organizational abilities
◉ Interpersonal and communication skills
◉ Problem-solving attitude
◉ Flexibility to work in shifts
